10facts for Dummies
Here’s a little pop quiz to test your general knowledge on cars: How many colours does the Volvo V70 comes in? If you answered seven, give yourself a pat on the back. If you managed to go further by actually reciting the names, you are truly a scary person. Just kidding!
Another interesting fact: the Volvo 740 GLT 16 Valve model is Volvo’s first engine that uses four-valve technology. Want another fact to garnish your curiosity? How about the fact that the Nissan Maxima was given 5/5 rating by the NHTSA for it’s front driver impact while the passenger’s safety rate was 4/5? I never knew that there ratings were given for the driver and passenger’s safety!
Guess where I managed to get fun facts about cars from? There’s this site called 10facts.com, which basically lists 10 facts about automobiles under these brands: Honda, Nissan, Volvo, Opel, Toyota, Audi and Alfa Romeo. Usually information you don’t get from brochures or magazine advertorials because those articles only try to sell you the product. Besides cars, there are also facts on health and technology so there will definitely be something there to keep you entertained. I think it will be nice to have some friends to all take a look 10facts.com and then have their own trivia just for the fun of it.
My verdicts? I think that the website is fairly easy to navigate but the smaller sized fonts might need a little getting used to. Color wise, I like the contrast between the white, black and orange: young and vibrant. Nevertheless, it’s a site I enjoyed visiting and I’m looking out for updates. Anyway, when you check out the cars by the brands, you get to look up the facts of different makes of cars, so excuse me while feed my brains with facts about the Nissan Frontier!
